Kemaren pas jajan, ibu-ibu lagi memperbincangkan tentang resep masakan yang ngga sengaja aku dengar dan mereka ada mengucap 'Sambal Kencur', hihihi saya baru dengar. Karna penasaran minta deh aku resep si sambel kencur itu dan seperti biasa aku coba gooling di internet dan hailnya seperi ini Ternyata resepnya kayak tempe penyet biasa : Bahan: Tempe, potong2 kemudian goreng Bumbu, ulek: Bahan : 15 cm kencur dikupas 10 buah cabe merah 5 buah cabe rawit 2 siung bawang putih sedikit terasi 1 sdt garem 1/2sdm gula merah Caranya: Goreng cabe merah, cabe rawit, bawang putih, dan terasi sampai mateng. Haluskan sampai lembut bersama kencur, masukkan garam dan gula merah, tumbuk halus, sajikan. Pelengkap: Lalapan sayur Cara membuat: Penyet2 tempe yang telah digoreng di atas bumbu yang telah dihaluskan. dan pas aku sajikan untuk swamiku dia malah ngga suka, katanya kayak makan jamu, hihihi Yah nam...
