used adobe phothoshop

TUTORIAL:

1.duplicate from backgroud

2.channel -->green --> filter --> gausin blur

3.create new fill or adjustment layer --> channel mixer
in red output channel with composisi red -50 green
200 blue 0

4.set the bleending mode on screen for this layer

5.and for the finishing add canvas 2% in black
